I lead City & Solent Lettings with a combination of commercial insight, operational expertise, and a long-standing passion for property and hosting that has developed over many years. My professional background spans training and project management, underpinned by a strong focus on delivering dependable results through continuous learning, refinement, and improvement.
Having spent many years as a tenant myself, I developed a deep understanding of what guests and renters truly value — trust, comfort, responsiveness, and a genuine sense of feeling at home. Now, as a property owner and host, I bring that perspective into everything we do, ensuring each property is managed with care and intention, regardless of the length of stay.
With seven years of experience as a landlord, I understand the realities and challenges of property ownership. I believe strongly in listening first and tailoring the approach to each client and each asset. My goal is to support owners with professionalism, transparency, and hands-on guidance, while creating high-quality stays that reflect pride of ownership and thoughtful hosting.
