How to Make a Complaint

Please submit your complaint in writing to:

In your complaint, please include all of the following information, so that we can respond to you as best as possible:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • Details of the complaint.
  • Any relevant documents.

Complaint Handling Process

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
  • Investigation: We will investigate the matter thoroughly.
  • Response: A formal response will be provided within 20 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint to the independent Property Redress Scheme, at https://www.propertyredress.co.uk/.
