Complaint Handling Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- Investigation: We will investigate the matter thoroughly.
- Response: A formal response will be provided within 20 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint to the independent Property Redress Scheme, at https://www.propertyredress.co.uk/.
